REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (REOI) FOR PROVISION OF HDD MUD SLURRY DISPOSAL SERVICES.
Introduction
Sinopec International Petroleum Services Co. (U) Ltd (SINOPEC) is a contractor for the Tilenga EPSCC Oil and Gas development project, utilizing Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) techniques. This process is anticipated to generate approximately 8,000 cubic meters of mud slurry.
Objective
We are seeking competent and qualified firms with practical experience to provide efficient and affordable drilling waste disposal services. The selected firm will be responsible for waste collection, transportation, and disposal, ensuring compliance with specifications and laws.
Minimum requirements
Company profile: Include a permanent address, contacts, and relevant experience in the field of waste management 2 Legal documents: Provide PAU qualification on the National Supplier Database (NSD), NEMA license, Trading License. URSB registration, a valid Tax Clearance Certificate, and Registered Powers of Attomey
Technical capacity: Present evidence of technical capacity, such as a waste disposal site, drilling waste processing plant, qualified and experienced personnel, tools, equipment/machinery, and more.
Relevant experience: Demonstrate good performance for similar services from previous contracts.
Financial Capacity: Exhibit financial capacity to deliver the required services, including the submission of audited financial accounts for the past 3 years.
QHSE Compliance: Provide evidence of organizational QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) policies, procedures, and processes in compliance with applicable local and industry standards for similar works. Submission of EOI
