Qualifications:
The successful candidate should have a Certificate or diploma in social sciences, social work, counseling, education, secretarial studies or computer science or information technology OR a certificate in nursing/midwifery, from a reputable institution.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Fluent in Luganda.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision.
• Ability to use a computer.
