Key Result Areas:
• Repair & Maintain molds.
• Trouble shoots problems on mold.
• Monitor mold performance while on production & attain if any repair.
• Maintain records for mold service, mold coming in and leaving the workshop for production.

• Spare part planning required for various molds in line with workshop manager.
• Handle all kind of workshop machinery.
• Any additional task that the workshop manager assigns.

Educational Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional Qualification in Engineering will be an added advantage.
• 2 to 3 years relevant experience in Plastic manufacturing plant.

Skills & Professional Attributes
• Good communication skills including reading skills.
• An aptitude for math.
• Mechanical ability.
• Physical strength and stamina.
• The ability to work in high places.
• The ability to get along well with co-workers.
• The ability to keep up to date with changing technology.
