Quality manager job at C-Care
OVERALL JOB PURPOSE
The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the quality management programs within the clinics. The role requires a medical doctor to leverage their clinical expertise to ensure the highest standards of patient care, compliance with regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement in healthcare services.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Medical Doctor with an active medical license.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting.
• Prior experience in quality management, patient safety, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in leading quality improvement projects or teams is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply healthcare regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and quality management software.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Passionate about improving patient care and hospital processes.
