Key Responsibilities:
• Offer excellent customer support via phone, email, messaging and site visits.
• Install ClinicMaster software at new sites and train users.
• Troubleshoot network and software issues, both remotely and on-site.
• Provide 24/7 emergency technical support for critical system issues.
• Collaborate on software testing and product improvement initiatives.
c• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Docker) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Strong understanding of Windows and Linux environments, as well as databases like Postgres and MS SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
